The new funding guidelines for BEG grant funding have been in force since 1 January 2024. At the same time, there has also been a major change in the funding application process: When submitting a BAFA application, a supply or service contract must already have been concluded with the agreement of a resolutive or suspensive condition of the funding approval. Potential building owners must therefore have made a binding decision on the scope and date of a refurbishment offer before submitting their application. Only then can the subsidy be applied for!
