Our supporting member H.B. Fuller | KÖMMERLING is one of the world’s leading suppliers of innovative adhesives and sealants – especially for energy-efficient glass façades.

In the heart of Denver, the ‘One River North’ residential and commercial building combines urban living with nature. Designed by MAD Architects, the 16-storey glass façade is traversed by an artificial canyon offering green terraces and spectacular views.

The Ködispace 4SG warm edge system from KÖMMERLING ensures energy-efficient glazing. The reactive thermoplastic spacer system guarantees permanent gas tightness and maximum energy efficiency – even under the extreme climatic conditions of Colorado, with temperature fluctuations between -20°C and +40°C.

The project impressively demonstrates how innovative façade technologies and sustainable architecture go hand in hand.
