Designed by MAD Architects, the 16-storey glass fa\u00e7ade is traversed by an artificial canyon offering green terraces and spectacular views.<\/p>\n<p>The K\u00f6dispace 4SG warm edge system from K\u00d6MMERLING ensures energy-efficient glazing.
